     Directed team leaders in the planning and implementation of
     activities and field trips. Collaborated with city schools to provide
     safe transportation to the after school program. Helped team
     leaders manage student behavior.

                                             (Fall 2005-Fall 2006)
     Planned and directed activities to promote increased learning and
     respectful relationships between children and staff. Acted as a
     good role model. Instituted positive discipline methods to help
